Nate is a member of the Air National Guard and currently serves as a C-130 pilot. He and his wife Bethany (also known as the Cash Flow Couple) are real estate and multifamily investors having started with a VA loan house hack and currently own 40 units as general partners and limited partners in another 700 units. They are passionate about helping people better understand how money really works and helping with strategies and solutions to create more cash flow in their lives through a system they call Cash Flow Banking.
